Über den Spieler
Redmond begann seine fußballerische Laufbahn bei den Amateurvereinen Alexandria'66 und CVV Zwervers. 2017 wechselte er in die Jugendakademie von ADO Den Haag, bevor er im Sommer 2019 zu Feyenoord ging. Dort unterschrieb er im Juni 2022 seinen ersten Profivertrag, gültig bis 2025.
Sein Debüt für die erste Mannschaft von Feyenoord gab er am 10. November 2024. Es blieb nicht bei diesem einen Einsatz: Er kam auf vier Eredivisie-Partien, traf zweimal im KNVB-Pokal und lief zweimal in der Champions League auf.
Nach Vertragsende wechselte Redmond im Juli 2025 ablösefrei zu Aston Villa. Eine im September 2025 erlittene Knieverletzung verzögerte seine Rückkehr, die anschließende Leihe wurde im Januar 2026 einvernehmlich aufgelöst. Im Juli 2026 ging er auf Leihbasis zum FC Annecy, ein Wechsel, der über die Partnerschaft zwischen der Villa-Eigentümergruppe V Sports und dem französischen Klub zustande kam.
Mit den Niederlanden durchlief Redmond verschiedene Jugendstufen: vier Länderspiele für die U16, zehn für die U17, fünf für die U18 mit einem Tor sowie neun für die U19 mit vier Toren. Mit der U19 gewann er 2025 die Europameisterschaft.
