Die Home Credit Arena steht in Liberec, genauer gesagt im Stadtteil Horní Růžodol. Das Gebäude gehört der Stadt und wurde von Architekt Antonín Buchta entworfen. Der Spatenstich erfolgte am 5. September 2003, und nachdem die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen waren, öffnete die Halle am 8. September 2005 ihre Türen. Die Baukosten beliefen sich auf 548,495,002 CZK, eine Summe, die 2006 mit dem Titel „Gebäude des Jahres“ gewürdigt wurde.

Seit der Eröffnung zittern sich die Fans zur Mannschaft von HC Bílí Tygři Liberec in der tschechischen Extraliga. Ursprünglich als Tipsport Arena bekannt, änderte sich der Name am 31. Oktober 2014, als die Namensrechte an den Kreditgeber Home Credit verkauft wurden. Die Fläche ist für Eishockey konzipiert, wobei ein beweglicher Boden auch andere Sportarten ermöglicht. Bei Spielen der Tigers sitzen 7.250 Zuschauer auf den Plätzen, stehende Bereiche bringen das Gesamtkapazität auf 7.500.

Neben sportlichen Ereignissen stehen Konzerte wie Kabát, Scooter oder Bonnie Tyler auf der Liste, sowie MMA-Veranstaltungen wie XTB KSW 121. Der höchste Zuschauerrekord bei einem Eishockeyspiel liegt bei 7.500 Besuchern. Bis heute gab es keine nennenswerten Umbauten oder Kapazitätsänderungen.
