Am 4. Oktober 1931 traten hier zwei Schulmannschaften aus Portland und Deering gegeneinander an — das war die Eröffnung.
2001 verschwand der Naturrasen zugunsten von Kunstrasen, dazu kamen eine Laufbahn aus Gummi und neue Sanitäranlagen. 2010 wurden für 950 000 Dollar die Tribünen ersetzt, 2015 dann noch einmal die Spielfläche.
Für den Ligabetrieb ist die Kapazität auf 5 500 Plätze festgesetzt. Am 21. Oktober 2025 saßen beim 6:1 gegen Spokane Velocity FC allerdings 6 440 Menschen auf den Rängen — Ligarekord. Zwischendurch, 1948, wurde hier auch Baseball gespielt, von den Portland Pilots.
