Heath Park liegt im Vorort East Brisbane an der Hilton Street. 1000 Zuschauer finden hier Platz.

Der Naturrasen war 2008 einmal ernsthaft in Gefahr: Eine Dürre in Queensland setzte dem Platz so zu, dass die Landesregierung einen Zuschuss von 250.000 Dollar bewilligte, um die Grasnarbe neu zu verlegen. Ein Jahr zuvor, 2007, kamen Umkleidekabinen und sanitäre Anlagen hinzu — eine Nachrüstung, die zeigt, dass Heath Park lange als reiner Trainings- und Vereinsplatz auskam, ehe die Infrastruktur eines regulären Spielbetriebs nachgezogen wurde.

Heimat ist der Platz für den Eastern Suburbs Football Club, der in der Queensland-Staffel der National Premier Leagues antritt. Von den Anfängen der Anlage selbst, dem Baujahr oder einem Architekten, ist nichts überliefert — Heath Park taucht in den Aufzeichnungen erst über seine Ausbesserungen auf, nicht über seine Gründung.
