Кубок LNB Чили 2022/23

The Copa Chile de Básquetbol is the official domestic cup competition for the Liga Nacional de Básquetbol (LNB), the top-tier professional basketball league in Chile. Organized by the LNB and managed by the Federación de Básquetbol de Chile (FEBA), this tournament serves as a standalone knockout event, often functioning as a season opener before the main league campaign begins.

Unlike the LNB, which determines its champion through a regular season and playoffs, the cup is decided in a concentrated knockout phase. The format has evolved significantly over time. Early editions featured a final between the champions of two regional conferences, Libcentro and Libsur. More recently, the competition utilizes a **Final Four** format. Teams are divided into zones for a group stage, with the top teams advancing to a single-venue knockout tournament to determine the champion. In some seasons, points accumulated during the cup's group stage have been integrated into the main LNB league standings, adding strategic weight to the preliminary matches.

**Universidad de Concepción** stands as the most successful team in the history of the competition. The club has established a recent dominance, securing victories in 2023 and 2026, and remains the current champion after defeating Español de Osorno in the final. Other notable winners include **Boston College**, which claimed titles in 2011 and 2012, **Colo-Colo** in 2015, and **ABA Ancud** in 2024. The tournament was established in 2011, following the elevation of the LNB to the top division in 2010 after it absorbed the Liga Nacional Superior.
