Estadio Juan Francisco Barraza

San Miguel had no purpose-built home ground until the local business community, led by engineer Pablo Paredes Lemus, took the project on themselves; work started in November 1956 and the ground opened on 15 November 1959 as Estadio Migueleño, named for the city's people rather than a club. Paredes Lemus y Cía carried the build through to completion, with the final bill coming to 381,412 Salvadoran colones. That original name held for over two decades before the ground was renamed Estadio Juan Francisco Barraza in 1982.

The pitch has stayed natural grass throughout, a detail unremarkable in itself but consistent with a ground that has changed little in its basic footprint since 1959. At 11,000, it belongs to the mid-sized tier of Salvadoran stadiums, closer to a regional home than a national showpiece.
