Jamie Donley gave Luton the lead in the twenty-fifth minute, a moment that put the home side ahead for the first time. Jaze Kabia responded for the visitors just nine minutes later, restoring parity before the interval. The draw keeps Luton seven points clear of the relegation zone while Orient remain two points off the play-off places.
