About the player
Agustín Ezequiel Irazoque is a left-footed defender from Córdoba, passing through the youth ranks at Talleres before moving on to Rosario Central's academy. His breakthrough finally came in 2021 at Alvarado, where he settled into a regular role in the Primera B Nacional and stayed on as the division was rebranded Primera Nacional. Across that spell he built up 72 league appearances and, in 2023, opened his goalscoring account.
In January 2024, Alvarado sent him out on loan to Barracas Central, though the move brought limited game time — three appearances in the Copa de la Liga Profesional — before he returned to Alvarado in May 2025.
His career took an international turn in December 2025, when he moved on a free transfer to Colombia's La Equidad. The switch coincided with major upheaval at the club, which was acquired by NX Football Group and rebranded as Internacional de Bogotá that same month. Irazoque has since become a fixture in the side's Primera A campaign, racking up more than twenty appearances, though without yet adding a goal or an assist to his tally in Colombian football.
He has not been capped by Argentina's senior national team.
