About the player
Finn Yeats came through Aberdeen's academy system without ever making a senior competitive appearance for the club, and was released in May 2022. A loan spell at Highland League side Keith followed that spring, before Falkirk took him on a free transfer in July 2022 after he impressed on trial. What began as a two-year deal has since been extended through to 2028.
The midfielder, who can also fill in at right-back, has become part of a squad. Falkirk won the Scottish League One title in 2023–24, a campaign in which Yeats was named in the PFA Scotland Team of the Year for the division.
Born in Westhill, near Aberdeen, Yeats has represented Scotland at Under-16 level, though full international recognition has not yet followed.
