About the player
At Benfica's academy, Martim Augusto Ferreira learned the game as a defender and helped win the UEFA Youth League. At FC Lahti he plays as a left winger, wearing the number 11 shirt.
After leaving Benfica, he made his senior debut with Académico de Viseu in the Portuguese second tier, making nine appearances without a goal. A free transfer took him to Żabbar St. Patrick in Malta, where he scored once in thirteen games, before he moved to Finland to join FC Lahti in January 2025.
Ferreira has also represented Portugal at Under-20 level, earning one cap.
