Ramiro Hernandes came through the Belgrano de Córdoba academy, where he spent his entire formative career before signing his first professional contract in December 2023, an agreement that runs to the end of 2028. He made his senior debut for the club in a Liga Profesional match against Huracán in August 2024, a game Belgrano lost 1-0. He scored his first professional goal that December, against Rosario Central.

Hernandes plays as a midfielder, used either as an attacking playmaker or in central midfield, and is right-footed. He wears the number 8 shirt at Belgrano. Since breaking into the first team he has stayed at the club that developed him, without a move elsewhere, and has built up close to twenty senior appearances with a single goal to his name.
