Gelora Delta Stadium holds around 19,400 people. Deltras have called it home through several changes of identity that had nothing to do with the ground itself.

The club started in Bali in 1989, under the name PS Gelora Dewata 89, set up by the businessman H.M. Mislan. It won the Piala Galatama in 1993 while still carrying that name, a run that earned a place in the 1994–95 Asian Cup Winners' Cup, cut short there by disqualification for fielding ineligible players. The move to Sidoarjo came in 2001, and with it a new name, Gelora Putra Delta, later shortened within the same year to Delta Putra Sidoarjo. Ownership passed to the Sidoarjo Regency government in 2003, and when money troubles hit the 2010–11 season, the regional government answered by forming PT Delta Raya Sidoarjo in 2011 to run the club on a more professional footing, renaming it Delta Raya Sidoarjo, still known simply as Deltras.

Between the moves and the renaming, there was a real team on the pitch: runners-up in the Divisi Utama Liga Indonesia in 2009–10, promotion to the Indonesia Super League on the back of it, and a third-place finish in the Piala Indonesia the year before.

Deltras now play in Liga 2, still working out of the same stadium in Sidoarjo.
