Dick Bailey Field

Oberlin, United States

The complex sits within the Austin E. Knowlton Foundation. It opened in 2014, replacing the former Savage Football Stadium which had stood on the site since 1925. The new ground was built to house four college teams: the Oberlin Yeomen Football team, the Field Hockey Team, and the Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse Teams. It also contains locker rooms for the college’s outdoor varsity sides and a renovated press box.

The venue is named after Richard C. Bailey, an Oberlin College graduate of 1951 who served as a long-time member and former treasurer of the John W. Heisman Club. The seating capacity is 3,050, a figure that has remained consistent since the original Savage Stadium construction. The facility is situated at 210 Woodland St. in Oberlin, Ohio.
