The club, Club Deportivo Artístico Navalcarnero , moved in from their old terraced home in 2005, when the new venue opened.
The pitch is artificial. The capacity is 2,500, though some sources list a lower figure. The town council built the stadium after donating the land, naming it after the landowner.
There is a local habit here: half-time bingo has been running for over 20 years to support the club. The ground also hosts the town's Patronal Festivities. In September 2025, the stadium was the setting for a celebration involving the local rivals, Deportivo Guadalajara , after their promotion to the third tier.
