Municipal Stadium Baqa al-Gharbiyye

The Municipal Stadium Baqa al-Gharbiyye is located in the Haifa District. There is no running track and no floodlights, just a natural grass pitch.

Hapoel Ironi Baqa al-Gharbiyye F.C. calls this their home. The club was re-established in 2010. They compete in Liga Alef North.

This number came after expansion works were undertaken to meet the requirements of Liga Leumit, the second tier. The original opening year remains obscured by time, but the structure is believed to date from the late twentieth century, coinciding with the town’s declaration as a city in 1996.

The only event that truly registers in the archive is a Seventh Round match of the 2013–14 Israel State Cup. On January 7, 2014, Hapoel Baqa al-Gharbiyye defeated Hapoel Migdal HaEmek 2–1. That victory mattered then, and it is the only specific moment that anchors this ground in history beyond routine league play.
