Universal Sports Complex Victoria

The Universal Sports Complex Victoria sits on ul. Leningradskaya in Brest, a city where the local handball clubs are the main tenants. It is the home ground for the men's club Meshkov Brest and the women's side Brestye, both of which use the parquet floor for their matches. The arena opened in March 2006.

The building itself is defined by its roof. The main arena features a column-free dome with hollow spherical nodes, a structural design developed by the local technical university. Inside, the playing surface is a Thermaflex sports floor laid over a wooden parquet base, which allows the venue to host handball, basketball, and volleyball under one roof. The seating capacity is 3,740, though the space expands to 4,500 when balconies are utilised for cultural events. The complex also includes 12 team locker rooms and a VIP box.

The facility is named after Anatoly Meshkov, a Merited Coach of Belarus and a central figure in Brest handball. The construction was overseen by the general contractor OAO "Stroytrust No. 8", with the roof structure handled by SU-159. The project was originally ordered by President A.G. Lukashenko, and the first phase, a training hall, had already opened in August 2004.
