About the player
Anna Sutter came to Swedish football by way of the American college game. Her full name is Anna Felicitas Katharina Sutter. She played college football in the United States for four years, the first two in Texas and the next two in Florida. After that she joined the women's side of FC St. Gallen in Switzerland.
In January 2025 she moved on to Eskilstuna United DFF, who compete in the Damallsvenskan. Her career now runs through three countries: the United States, Switzerland and Sweden.
In Sweden she is used either in midfield or at right-back, and she is right-footed. Both roles keep her on the right-hand side of the pitch, in the middle or down the flank.
Her international experience comes from Switzerland's youth ranks. She has represented her country at U-19 level.
