Berk Ali Nizam

Berk Ali Nizam scored 29 goals in 62 matches for İstanbulspor's under-19 side, a return that stands out for a midfielder. He came through the club's academy in Istanbul, playing for the under-19s from 2017 to 2020. He also turned out for the under-21s, and in 16 matches there he scored four times.

His first senior appearance for İstanbulspor came in the 2019–20 season. The first team then sent him out on loan, and he spent much of the next six years away from the club, in the lower divisions of Turkish football.

The first spell was the longest continuous one. He joined Karacabey Belediye Spor in September 2020 and stayed until June 2022. Beyoğlu Yeni Çarşı FK took him next, and he spent two consecutive seasons there, the first from August 2022 and the second from August 2023, both ending in June. Aliağa FK had him for the 2024–25 season, and 12 Bingöl Spor for 2025–26. Every one of these moves was a loan, so his registration stayed with İstanbulspor throughout.

He returned to the club in July 2026, when the last loan ended. His contract runs until 30 June 2030, which ties him to İstanbulspor for the long term after years of temporary moves.

Back at the club that developed him, he has played eight matches in the TFF 1. Lig in 2026–27. He has not scored yet, but he has set up one goal.
