About the player
Egor Besaev has never left CSKA Moscow's system.
His clearest achievements remain at youth level. He was part of the CSKA side that won the Youth Football League title with 66 points, keeping seven clean sheets in fourteen matches along the way. Two seasons earlier, he had already won a title with CSKA's 2006-born side in the Children's Football League, beating DFL-Lukoil in the final, and Denis Kolodin handed him an individual prize — a bicycle — for his performance in that tournament. He is also listed as a Russian Under-16 champion.
Besaev has represented Russia at every youth level from Under-16 to Under-19, making his Under-17 debut in 2021 and later travelling to Brazil for the 2023 BRICS Cup as well as friendlies against Iran and Kazakhstan. He was named in the Under-19 squad for the 2025 Development Cup.
At club level he has yet to make his senior competitive debut. He has been included in matchday squads for Russian Premier League and Russian Cup fixtures without featuring.
