About the player
Filip Dorňák has spent his whole career at Zlín. He came through the club's academy and has not played for another side.
His route ran through every level the club has. He joined the under-19 team in March 2023 and stayed there until 2025. In 2024 he was also given games with the reserve side, Zlín B, in the 3. MSFL, the third tier of Czech football.
The clearest mark from those years came in the 2024/25 season with the under-19s. Dorňák finished as the team's joint top scorer, level with Lukáš Branecký.
In 2025 he moved up to the senior squad. Since then he has appeared for Zlín in the Chance Liga and the MOL Cup, in both the 2025/26 season and the 2026/27 campaign now under way.
Dorňák is left-footed. His story so far is one of steady promotion inside a single club: under-19s, then the reserves, then the first team, without a loan or a transfer along the way.
