About the player
Kerem Dönertaş has spent his career moving through the lower and middle tiers of Turkish football, and his 2025/26 season at İnegölspor is the strongest return he has had. The central midfielder played 34 times and scored nine goals.
He grew up in İzmir and went through the youth systems at İzmirspor and Buca Gençlerbirliği before Karşıyaka took him in October 2018. His senior debut came for Karşıyaka on 10 January 2020. He spent spells on loan at Bergama Belediyespor and İzmir Çoruhlu FK to get games.
Yunus Emre Belediye Spor signed him in September 2021, and he stayed for two seasons. A free move to İnegöl Kafkas Gençlikspor followed in 2023, then another to Ankara Keçiörengücü in July 2024. That spell was short: a month later he went on loan to Kahramanmaraş İstiklalspor, where he made ten appearances before the loan ended in June 2025.
Right-footed, Dönertaş is mainly a central midfielder, though he has been used as an attacking midfielder and occasionally as a striker.
In July 2026 he signed a two-year contract with Bandırmaspor on a free transfer. He has started all eight of his appearances for the club this season and has one assist.
