Kirill Stolbov

Kirill Stolbov left Zenit for Krylya Sovetov in January 2026, ending an association with the Saint Petersburg club that began when he joined its Gazprom-Academy at 15. He signed a contract running to the end of 2029. Zenit kept a buy-back option.

He came through youth football at Zvezdnaya and Moskovskaya Zastava before the academy. His first-team debut for Zenit came on 21 May 2022, in a 1–0 win over Pari NN. Zenit won the Russian Premier League in 2021–22, and he is credited with that title among his honours.

Regular football came elsewhere. He played seven matches and scored twice for Yenisey in 2022–23. At Rostov in 2023–24 he did not make a competitive appearance. In 2024 he played four matches for Rostov-2 and two for Chernomorets Novorossiysk.

The most productive stretch came back at Zenit-2 in 2024–25, when he played 31 matches and scored six goals. Zenit-2 won the Russian Second League, Division B, Group 2 in 2025. That form preceded his move to Samara.

His first goal in the Russian Premier League came against Rodina on 11 September 2026, in Krylya Sovetov colours.

Stolbov has also played for Russia at youth level. He won six caps with two goals for the under-16s and seven caps for the under-18s. For the under-21s he has five caps and one goal, scored on 18 November 2025 in an 8–0 win over Kyrgyzstan's under-23 side. His career total stands at 73 appearances and 12 goals.
