About the player
Marin Laušić came through Split football before he ever left Croatia, moving from local side NK Adriatic into Hajduk Split's youth ranks and then via NK Solin to Slaven Belupo, where he made his senior debut in 2020.
The move that raised his profile came in August 2022, when he signed a three-year contract with Slovenian club NK Maribor.
In July 2024, Laušić moved to Latvia to join FK Liepāja, where he added goals and assists to his game across two seasons.
His contract at Liepāja expired in January 2026, and he joined Spartak Trnava as a free agent on a contract running until 2028. The switch has already brought silverware: Trnava won the 2025–26 Slovak Cup with Laušić part of the squad. He has also featured for Croatia's under-21 side.
