Morgan Marc Boyes

Morgan Marc Boyes found his moment in the FA Youth Cup final, starting for Liverpool against Manchester City as his side claimed the trophy in the 2018–19 season. That victory remains a highlight in his early development.

Boyes left Anfield in January 2022, signing for Livingston on a free transfer. His time in Scotland was marked by a loan spell to Inverness Caledonian Thistle, where he established himself as a regular starter. He made 29 appearances and scored three goals.

After returning to Livingston, Boyes moved to Greenock Morton in July 2024. He continued his scoring form, netting two goals in 31 appearances during the 2024–25 campaign. His consistent performances led to a move to St Johnstone on July 1, 2025. He quickly adapted to the new environment, making 31 appearances and scoring one goal in the 2025–26 season. St Johnstone secured the Scottish Championship title that year.

Internationally, Boyes has represented Wales at youth levels. He holds a joint record for the most caps for the Wales U19 team, with 19 appearances shared with Neco Williams and Sam Bowen. He also earned 10 caps for the Wales U21 side between 2020 and 2022. He has not yet made his senior debut for the national team.

Standing 185 cm tall and weighing 78 kg, Boyes is a left-footed defender. He has joined every club in his career either on loan or via a free transfer. He has not won any individual awards. His move to St Johnstone marks a new chapter, with a contract running until May 31, 2027.
