About the player
Nealy Cameron Martin's road to the NWSL started at three years old, when she began playing for Birmingham United's ECNL programme in Alabama. Years later, at Oak Mountain High School, she conceded six goals in a single season, 2015, and went on to a college career at Alabama Crimson Tide, where she made 76 appearances and scored five goals.
Martin signed with Racing Louisville FC on 5 April 2021 after an open tryout, going on to make 29 appearances across two seasons.
Angel City acquired her in a trade on 9 September 2025, paying $85,000 in intra-league transfer funds, and signed her to a contract extension through 2027 that December.
