Ofir Benbenishti began his career at Hapoel Ramat Gan, joining the club in 2018 and staying registered there through 2022, with a loan spell at Hapoel Umm al-Fahm during the 2021–2022 season.
Benbenishti moved to Ironi Kiryat Shmona on loan in July 2022. The switch worked out well enough that Kiryat Shmona made the deal permanent a year later, in July 2023.
