About the player
In 2024–25 he helped Jong Gent win the Eerste Nationale and earn promotion to Eerste klasse B.
His route into professional football went through two academies. He began at KSV Oudenaarde in 2015 and stayed until 2018, when he moved to Gent's youth system. Belgium called him up at youth level during those years: he won six caps for the under-16s in 2017 and 2018.
His senior career at Gent began in 2022 and was spent almost entirely with the reserve side.
In May 2025 he joined Lokeren-Temse on a free transfer. He signed a two-year contract, and the club holds an option on a third season. He plays there as a defensive midfielder or a defender, a role that puts a 188 cm left-footer in front of the back line or inside it.
