Helenites

Helenites arrive at the 2026–27 season as champions of the US Virgin Islands. Their sixth Premier League title came in 2025, and they have since taken part in the 2026 Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Club Shield. Their first title was in 2006–07, and the ones in between fell in 2011–12, 2013–14, 2014–15 and 2018–19. Losing the final round has been part of the pattern too: they finished second five times, three of them before 2007 was over.

Their home island of Saint Croix is where they have been hardest to beat. From 1997–98 to 2008–09 they won the St. Croix Soccer League twelve seasons running, and they were champions again in 2022–23. The national title decides who is best in the territory, and the island league has been theirs far more often than not.

The fixture that draws the most attention is against Raymix SC, particularly in the national playoffs. It is called the "Big Four" final, because it sets the leading side of Saint Croix against the leading side of Saint Thomas. New Vibes SC are the other rival named alongside Raymix.

The club's players have gone on to the national team. Kimani George played at left-back and won more than 10 caps. Dusty Good holds the record for appearances for the national side. Goalkeeper Lionel Brown moved on to Fort Lauderdale Strikers and Miami FC.

The traditional kit is a blue shirt with white vertical stripes, white shorts and white socks, though shirts sold by recent sponsors have appeared in yellow and black. Grove Place Park holds 1,000 people. It is in Grove Place, the community on Saint Croix where the club began and which it still represents.
