S. Altamirano

Sebastián Altamirano came through the youth academy at The Strongest before making his professional debut for the club on 31 March 2025, in a league match against Blooming. He quickly established himself as a regular starter for the Bolivian side, making around 26 league appearances that season as a right-back, plus 15 in the Copa Paceña. His only goal for the club came in a 7–2 defeat to Always Ready in July 2025.

His time at The Strongest ended on 28 February 2026, when he left the club amid financial disagreements after his contract was not renewed. He moved to Aurora the same day on a free transfer, making his debut on 4 April 2026 in a goalless draw against Real Potosí. He had made six league appearances for his new club by May 2026, including a start against Always Ready on 11 April, when he was withdrawn in the first half.

Altamirano has also represented Bolivia at youth level, earning five caps for the under-17 side, among them appearances at the 2023 South American U-17 Championship.
