Ulises Benjamín Sánchez Scotta

Ulises Sánchez came through the youth ranks at Colón before moving to Belgrano's academy in Córdoba, where he worked his way through every age group and won the fourth division championship along the way. He signed his first professional contract in July 2019, initially running to 2022, and made his senior debut that November against Alvarado, coming off the bench in a 2–2 draw in Primera Nacional.

He went on to make more than 150 appearances for the club and playing a part when Belgrano won the Primera Nacional title in 2022, earning promotion to the Primera División. His form in the 2023 Copa de la Liga Profesional stood out: he finished as the tournament's top assist provider and was named to the Ideal Team for that campaign. His contract at Belgrano was later extended out to December 2027.

That progress was interrupted in August 2024, when he suffered a serious knee injury. He returned to football in January 2026, joining Gimnasia y Esgrima de Mendoza on loan from Belgrano, with the parent club retaining an option to sell him permanently. He made his debut for his new side against San Lorenzo.

Sánchez has not featured for the Argentina senior national team.
