Champion Hill The original stadium was one of the largest amateur grounds in England, but the current structure dates from 1992, rebuilt after stricter safety regulations followed the Hillsborough disaster. Dulwich Hamlet F.C. has used the site since 1912, though the club now operates as a tenant under a licensing agreement with Meadow Residential LLP, a property development company that owns the land.
The Tommy Jover Main Stand, a single-tier concrete structure, covers the home section with room for roughly 500 seated supporters. The record attendance for the current ground stands at 3,334, set on October 9, 2021, during a National League South match against Billericay Town. In December 2025, Southwark Council approved plans to redevelop the site into a modern 4,000-capacity stadium, with 219 new homes to be constructed on the adjacent Greendale Playing Fields green space.
