Inside, the space is defined by that same overhead curve. The Coyotes have played their home games under this cover since the venue opened, a run of nearly half a century that has outlasted the original air-supported roof which collapsed multiple times before a steel replacement was installed. The Briar Cliff Chargers once played here before returning to Iowa, and the South Dakota high school state championships still take place within these walls.
