Beşiktaş land David DeJulius on loan from Murcia
Beşiktaş secured DeJulius on loan for 2026/27 after his contract standoff with Murcia, who sit winless through 34 ACB games this season.
Beşiktaş and Murcia have resolved a dispute over point guard David DeJulius. He will now spend the 2026/27 season on loan in Turkey, helping Beşiktaş in the BSL. The 27-year-old American had signed a contract with the Spanish club through 2028 but then refused to honour it.
Murcia keep his rights beyond that. Next summer Beşiktaş will have to decide whether to buy out his contract outright.
DeJulius averaged 17.7 points and 4.3 assists last season in the ACB, shooting 46% from the field, 38% from three and 77% from the free-throw line. Murcia sit bottom of the ACB table after thirty-four winless games.
