Luka Doncic vows not to stop until Lakers win more titles
The Slovenian guard wrote in an essay for a new club book that he is ready and inspired, after leading the NBA in scoring at 33.5 points per game last season.
Luka Doncic has joined the Los Angeles Lakers and pledged to pursue additional championship titles with the team.
"I am now a Lakers player. I'm not sure I could ever have imagined myself here, in the purple and gold. It is a wonderful surprise, and I feel fantastic. I desperately want the same thing all Lakers fans want: to win. I will not stop until we win new championship titles. Before, I let my game speak for me, but I want Lakers fans to know: I am ready and inspired," Doncic said.
He averaged 33.5 points, 8.3 assists and 7.7 rebounds in 64 games last season.
