About the player
Nadir Adzhanovich (Nadir Ajanović) worked his way through Admira Wacker's academy after joining from SV Horn in September 2017, and by the 2022/23 season the midfielder was making his senior debut for the club, appearing in both the ÖFB Cup and the 2. Liga.
The following season brought a loan to FCM Traiskirchen in the Regionalliga Ost, where he scored eight goals before returning to Admira Wacker. He got his first professional goal for Admira in August 2024, in the 2024/25 season.
His international story has taken an unusual path. Austria called him up at under-16 level, but he went on to represent Bosnia and Herzegovina at under-17 level instead, winning one cap. He has not featured for the senior side of either country.
