«Træff»
It was out of that local sporting life that Sportsklubben Træff took shape on 1 October 1924.
Træff has spent its history in the lower divisions, and its record reads as a string of promotions and relegations rather than titles: group wins in the 3. divisjon took it up in 2004, 2011 and 2021, while the 2. divisjon spat it back out after both the 2002 and 2015 seasons.
In 2018, hosting Molde FK in the NM-Cup, Træff went down 1–6. The rematch came in 2025: Træff beat Spjelkavik 2–0 in the first round, then drew Molde FK again and had them at Reknesbanen on 24 April.
The club's academy has sent players further than its own first team ever reached — Christian Gauseth went on to make over 200 Eliteserien appearances with Molde FK and other clubs, and defender Fredrik Samdal Solberg followed a path through Molde FK to 15 caps for Norway's youth sides.
