Triple Threat Women

Haarlem's basketball scene runs through the Spaarnehal. The club grew out of the collapse of the local team H.O.C., its foundation set up in 2009 by Okrah Donkor, with the basketball association itself following in 2013. The senior women's side did not exist until much later: it entered the Women's Basketball League only for the 2020–2021 season.

Results have come in increments rather than trophies. TTT reached the WBL quarter-finals in 2022–2023, then went a round further, into the semi-finals, in 2024–2025. No league title, no national cup.

The clearest proof of that academy is Yannick Kraag, who came up through TTT before moving on to play for Joventut Badalona. Rivalries in the WBL tend to be regional rather than historic — matches against Den Helder Suns and GBI van Dijk Grasshoppers carry the sharpest edge.

None of it changes where the club plays. Haarlem's team still comes back to the Spaarnehal.
