The Bodø Spektrum does not hold the pitch at the heart of the town. That belongs to Aspmyra Stadion, its outdoor counterpart. This complex sits a little further back. The main hall here is Nordlandshallen.

It opened in the early 1990s. The surface is artificial turf.

Bodø/Glimt have used this hall when their own ground was unavailable. A renovation in the 1990s forced them indoors, and they returned for specific matches in 1993 and 1997. They do not play here as a rule, but when the situation demands, they come to Nordlandshallen.

The complex is not just for football. It holds swimming championships and gymnastics events, and once hosted a concert by Bryan Ferry. It is a place for many things, though the football hall remains the most distinct.
