Chigwell Construction Stadium

It was first used in 1917 by factory workers from the local Sterling Works before becoming a fully enclosed stadium in 1955 when Dagenham FC moved in. The primary tenant is Dagenham & Redbridge F.C., formed in 1992 by the merger of Dagenham FC and Redbridge Forest FC, who had used the ground since 1989.

The surface is hybrid grass, a sand base with approximately 5% artificial grass reinforcement installed in 2021. The seating capacity is 6,078, though the record attendance remains an earlier figure of 7,200 set in 1967 against Reading in the FA Cup. The more recent record of 5,949 was set in January 2002 during an FA Cup Third Round tie against Ipswich Town.

Rebuilds include the new seated Main Stand, known as the Carling Stand, completed in 2001 following a £150,000 pledge from Bass Brewers PLC. The Traditional Builders & Contractors Ltd Stand at the Pondfield End followed in 2009, replacing an open terrace. The stadium hosted a televised #SaveTheDaggers friendly against West Ham United on February 26, 2018, which West Ham won 3–1. It also hosted the 2021–22 Women's FA Cup Semi-Final between West Ham United Women and Manchester City. West Ham United Women and West Ham United Under-23s also use the venue.
