Daren Sammy Cricket Ground
Gros Islet, LC
Formerly: Beausejour Cricket Ground, Beausejour Stadium
The ground sits in the lee of a forested hillside. The cladding was added as part of a major rebuild in 2024 for the men's Twenty20 World Cup, commissioned by the Saint Lucia government. The renovation included new floodlight towers and an electronic scoreboard.
Its first international match was an ODI between West Indies and New Zealand, played on June 8, 2002. The venue has since hosted matches in the 2024 T20 World Cup, including a game where West Indies set a record for the highest powerplay total in the tournament's history. The stadium is situated on Beausejour Road and boasts a natural grass surface. It was originally called the Beausejour Cricket Ground.
The seating capacity is listed at 15,000 in some guides, though others stick to 13,000.
