Handball House
Minsk, Belarus
Formerly: Hansehölle
The Handball House stands in the Kamennaya Gorka microdistrict. It opened on 14 September 2019. For a purpose-built venue, 2019 is very recent.
The main hall is modest, holding 250 spectators. The capacity is small.
HC SKA-Minsk plays its Belarusian Super League matches here, and the Belarusian national teams have used the facility for training camps. The director is Andrey Barvyuk, a former player who understands the specific demands of the sport.
The building exists to facilitate the training of players and the staging of matches for HC SKA-Minsk and other local sides.
The venue remains a functional centre for Olympic reserve training, providing a consistent environment for players at every level.
