DS Jubileyny

The DS Jubileyny sits on Karl Marx Street in Voronezh. The stands rise in tiers, and the whole space opens out over the court below.

The ice surface is artificial, maintained within a covered shell that keeps the wind at bay. The arena has been home to HC Buran Voronezh for some time.

There is a sense that the place is caught between functions. It opened in 1986, built on the site of a former cemetery, and has since found itself in the middle of a renovation that began in 2023 and is scheduled to continue into 2026. The facade is being restored, the administrative premises updated, and the internal engineering systems overhauled. The capacity sits at 3,040 seats, a figure that has not changed, though some sources note up to 3,050.
