Latimer Park

The ground is not ancient—opened in 1973—but it has survived as the only football venue in the town. It began life for Burton Park Wanderers, who had previously played at Rockingham Road Pleasure Park and Pytchley Road. Kettering Town FC moved in 2013, initially as a licensee, before securing a 25-year lease in November 2017 after their earlier arrangement with the Wanderers ended.

The pitch is natural grass. There is no undersoil heating, though drainage improvements have been made. The official capacity is 3,029, with 606 covered seats. In 2024, owner Nadim Akhtar confirmed the club would not install an artificial 4G surface. This is the official attendance record: 2,331, set during the 2013–14 Southern League Division One Central play-off final against Slough Town, which Kettering Town lost 2–3.

More recently, the ground hosted a significant cup run. Kettering Town claimed a 2–1 FA Cup First Round victory over League One side Northampton Town on November 2, 2024. A subsequent 2–1 defeat to Doncaster Rovers in the Second Round on December 1, 2024, drew approximately 2,803 spectators. The club’s historical highest attendance (11,571) occurred at their former ground, Rockingham Road, during a 1955 FA Cup match against Arsenal.

The venue has not had any former names or sponsorship naming rights. It sits at Polwell Lane, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN15 5PS, England. The club plays in the Southern League Premier Division Central.
