The ground sits at the end of Tythrop Way. Thame United F.C. moved into the new site in December 2010, following a construction period that began in March 2010 and cost £3.1 million. The initial club record was established at the official opening match, where 1,382 spectators watched a 3–1 defeat for Thame United.
