The ground in Karacabey sits quietly in the shadow of the wider Bursa region. For years it was described as dilapidated. That changed in 2016, when the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality stepped in to carry out a major renovation. The work brought the facility up to "5-star" standards, installing new dressing rooms and lighting systems that allow night matches to take place.

Mustafa Fehmi Gerçeker Stadyumu is now the name on the door. The renaming came alongside the physical rebuild, marking a shift for the tenant club, Karacabey Belediyespor. Before settling in this district, the team had moved through identities including Nilüfer Belediyespor and Bursa Nilüferspor.

The capacity is listed at 2,722 seats, a figure confirmed by several sources, though a 2017 report from Milliyet noted approximately 2,500. The pitch is natural grass. The highest recorded crowd here was around 5,000 spectators in February 2016, before the renovation tightened the seating limits. That match ended 2-0 against Yeniköy Gençlerbirliği.

The renovation cost approximately 3 million TL, a sum spent to ensure the club has a proper home.
