Na Střelnici: Stadium in Svitavy

The sports hall in Svitavy sits on Pražská street, but it is not the football ground. The town has a separate **Svitavský stadion** for the pitch. **Na Střelnici** is an indoor hall where the local basketball side, Tuři Svitavy, plays.

Built for the town, the hall is run by a municipal company called **SPORTES Svitavy s.r.o.** The official site lists the capacity as 820 people, with 420 seats and room for 400 standing. This figure differs from the 925 number found in some external records, but the operator's data is the one to follow. The doors opened in 2001, a fact confirmed by a local volleyball article marking the tenth anniversary that same year.

The opening ceremony included an international volleyball match between the Czech Republic and Japan. Basketball and floorball fill the rest of the schedule. There is no record of the architects or any major renovations carried out since the opening.

The hall is one building in a town with another sporting venue entirely. It serves the community for indoor games rather than football.
