The Mindoro Tamaraws made their primary home base here in 2024, shifting operations from the Sentrong Pangkabataan in Calapan.

The official seating capacity is not listed in league records, which mark it as unavailable, yet the atmosphere suggests a venue that fills quickly. During MPBL games, the space is described as jampacked, with hundreds of spectators unable to enter the building watching the action on giant LED screens installed outside the gymnasium.

The pola Gymnasium has also served as a host for local basketball initiatives, including tryouts for the Mindoro Tamaraws Disiplinados in May 2021. While the exact year of construction remains unknown and the specific playing surface type is not explicitly documented, the indoor court has proven its utility. The venue has seen time on the clock for other local competitions, such as games for the Pola Pilipinas RPG team in The Asian Tournament.
