Sportovní hala Dašická
Pardubice, Czechia
Sportovní hala Dašická is a functional indoor venue in the Bílé Předměstí district of Pardubice. It serves two distinct local teams on the same court. BK KVIS Pardubice, a basketball side with roots stretching back to 1956, and Sokoli Pardubice, the floorball club that claimed the Czech Cup in 2018, both play their home fixtures here. The facility was completed in 2011, a relatively recent date for a city with older sporting traditions. While the surrounding neighbourhood has seen housing developments, the hall itself remains a practical workspace rather than a landmark.
There have been adjustments over the years. Renovations in 2022 brought a new basketball court and updated lighting, responding to wear and tear rather than a desire for modernisation. Yet it continues to operate without a sponsor-driven name change. It is simply Sportovní hala Dašická, known by its street address on Dašická. The exact number rarely matters to the players entering the locker room.
