Stadio Federico Crescentini
Fiorentino, San Marino
Formerly: Campo sportivo di Fiorentino
The Stadio Federico Crescentini in Fiorentino is a functional patch of artificial turf tucked away in the local *castello*, holding a capacity of 700 people. The ground serves as the home for Tre Fiori FC and FC Fiorentino. The pitch is played out primarily for youth fixtures and lower-tier senior matches.
The surface itself is the defining feature. Before that date, the site was simply known as Campo sportivo di Fiorentino. The decision to dedicate the ground to Federico Crescentini, a San Marino footballer who died in 2006, came at the same time as the turf installation. The local sports committee (CONS) owns the site, and while the exact year of its original construction is obscured by time, the stadium was certainly holding matches by 2013.
Visually, the structure is modest. There is a single covered stand providing seating for 350 spectators. It is not a place built for spectacle, but for the routine of the game.
