Stadiumi Skënderbeu

The entrance to Stadiumi Skënderbeu is marked by a tall stone plinth holding a bronze bust of Skënderbeu, standing alongside the main gate.

The stands are compact and oval, wrapping close to the pitch. The surface is natural grass, and the floodlights sit on four separate tall towers, allowing the ground to host matches after dark. The capacity sits at around 5,800, a figure that fell when the concrete terraces were replaced with plastic seats during a major rebuild between 2010 and 2011.

Before that work, the venue held closer to 12,000 spectators in its open-air configuration. The renovation brought the stadium up to UEFA 3-star standards, which allowed it to host European fixtures for KF Skënderbeu Korçë, including group stage matches in the Europa League during the 2015–16 season. It remains the only ground in Korçë, and when the home side turned it on for a European qualifier, the small crowd inside had nowhere to hide.
